Marketing Executive

In current role, have increased the marketing participation with vendors and industry partners to increase brand awareness. Developed a Digital Marketing program that included in-house, curated content such as video, professional photos, and reels. Developed two additional social media channels, while growing our existing channels well over 100% in both reach and followers. Continue to focus on a three pronged approach of traditional marketing, digital marketing, and community marketing which yielded a new record for lead volume in 2021 and 20221, which resulted in increased sales opportunities equally record revenue for the company.

During tenure at Folio Financial, outperformed 30 years of SRI Conference attendance and sponsorship with increased marketing efforts and strategic outreach to target audiences. Additionally, generated leads, in excess of $1B, driven from Marketing to Sales Team for both B2B and B2C channels. Implemented organizational structure for workflow management, marketing automation, and efficiency.

While leading the Marketing Team at McLean Mortgage, oversaw 300% growth on website traffic for corporate site when re-launched with a coordinated launch of over 70 custom loan officer websites branded for McLean Mortgage. Over 100% growth in Social Media traffic and engagement on various channels of McLean Mortgage, including loan officer profiles, while maintaining compliance and brand standards. Generated leads with an over 30% conversion rate creating over $10mil in additional revenue which was unseen in the history of the department.

2011-2014

Event Manager/Business Development Manager

Creative and energetic event operations manager offering vast experience working in fast paced environments where professional, organizational and interpersonal skills are needed to handle staff, customers, vendors, budgeting and financial aspects of special events.

Lead Manager for the Town of Purcellville, VA signature events, Loudoun Grown Expo (3,000+ attendees) and the Purcellville Wine & Food Festival (7,000+ attendees), which included tasks such as staff and volunteer coordination, event development to create additional revenue opportunities and creating a subsidiary event to highlight Fox5 “ZipTrips”  footage for live news coverage prior to the wine festival.

Lead Manager for “A Bicentennial at Rokeby”, a benefit for both the INOVA Loudoun Hospital Foundation and the Friends of the Thomas Balch Library. This event was designed to celebrate the 200th anniversary of Rokeby’s role in saving America’s archives.

2002-2010

Real Estate Professional

Serving Berkeley, Jefferson and Morgan Counties, WV as an independent Realtor, from 2003 to 2007. During that time, responsibilities included business development, marketing and managing a 6 person sales team and additional support staff, with a total sales volume exceeding $25 Million.

From 2004 to 2006, was a member of the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors Top Producers Club.  In 2005, was nominated for the Carol Snyder Memorial Good Neighbor Award for outstanding service to clients, community and profession.  Honored as a member of the 2005 RE/MAX Platinum Club for sales over $10 Million.

Sales Manager for Dan Ryan Builders, representing several premier communities.  Actively participated in creating corporate partnerships with Mainstreet Martinsburg, Berkeley County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau, Berkeley County Parks and Recreation along with the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors.

Created sponsorship and co-branding opportunities with the above organizations for local venues such as Mountain State Apple Harvest Festival, Pickin’ in the Panhandle and various other community events.
