As the current VP of Marketing for MOSS Building & Design, drafted a team of talented marketers to elevate the brand and reach within the DMA, resulting in lead growth of over 30% in less than three years. During that time, created and stood up branding and strategic marketing support for 4+ ancillary brands operating under MOSS.

Oversaw People Development and Recruiting efforts with multimedia promotions to attract new talent to MOSS. Fostered retention programs, employee training efforts to continue to develop the Marketing Team, for both efficiency and rewarding employee career paths.

Leveraged team marketing talent to create preferred partnerships with trade and non-profit organizations to create low cost, high exposure opportunities that resonate within our target audience.

Developed relationships with industry leaders, including National brands, in order to increase sponsorship dollars and exposure for our Community Outreach program, which generates more than 30% of our Leads.
